DFW Black Tennis was founded in 2023 by Jasmine Henderson (pictured on the right) and Jessica Rice (pictured on the left).

“My motivation for creating DFW Black Tennis was to curate a safe space for black and brown players to connect and develop their game. Building a sense of community strengthened my love for the game and I want to share that love with others. Tennis is a lifetime sport for all and can be started at any age.” - Jasmine Henderson
